Patrick Ussher is an ME/CFS patient and advocate. He is author of the recent book ‘Understanding ME/CFS & Strategies for Healing’ (featured in The Irish Times). He has a YouTube channel (‘Understanding ME-CFS’) in which he distils the latest research and treatments into ME/CFS and Long Covid for a patient audience. He has appeared on related podcasts including The Long Covid podcast and The Living with Long Covid podcast. He gives regular talks for The Irish ME Trust and has also contributed writings to the Health Rising website, a leading resource for ME/CFS patients.
